The series "Things" focuses on the visual noise of the everyday—those objects and surfaces that escape conscious perception through habituation. Through blurring, fragmentation, and shifts in perspective, familiar signs are stripped of their function and become legible as independent aesthetic phenomena.
The images operate on the threshold between documentation and abstraction, pointing to the fragility of what we understand as "seen." In the mode of the seemingly incidental, a critical awareness of urban microstructures unfolds.
Visibility is not presupposed here, but rather created through the act of photography itself.
